We are excited to announce a new feature that will make it even easier to create NiftyImages that are designed to reinforce your brand and help create a more engaging email marketing campaign.
Introducing the Color Palette.
Like magic, the Color Palette feature will automatically detect the main colors of your image and use them to determine the best colors to apply to your text design. The suggested colors will appear graphically as options in the Font Style menu and are easy to choose with one click. Try out each color option in real-time to see what works the best for your particular image. Don’t see one that’s perfect? No problem. The full palette of colors is also available for you to customize as you please
Technically speaking it’s not magic that makes this feature possible, but pretty darn close. Using a powerful Microsoft API, the Color Palette is able to detect not only the main colors of the image and suggest matched options, but also detects the complements of those colors. Even if you’re not Van Gogh you probably understand the concept of the color wheel and, more importantly, how colors interact to create meaning and evoke emotions. Nowhere is this more important than in the marketing world.
Everywhere we look we are confronted with the importance of color in our marketing design, especially in image-driven email marketing. But don’t just take our word for it:
- Kissmetrics, a marketing powerhouse that focuses exclusively on customer conversion, explains that color has more effect than any other visual cue in marketing.
- Forbes discusses the importance of using consistent colors to stand out andreinforce your brand’s attributes.
- Another recent blog post by Constant Contact highlights the importance of colors in email design by referencing statistics that “colors have been found to increase brand recognition by up to 80 percent. And 85 percent of shoppers buy a product because of its color.”
NiftyImages’ new Color Palette feature helps leverage the proven power of colors in your brand by matching them perfectly and incorporating them into your images for maximum impact. Give it a try today.
